Giorgio Reggio, C.E.O. and founder. For more than 25 years he has assisted major groups in Italy and abroad with M&A operations, corporate restructuring and real estate transactions, providing consulting and advisory services, and obtaining financial resources.

During his career he has gained substantial experience of financial markets and established strong ties with a wide range of industrial and financial institutions in Italy and abroad.

Industries where he has gained in depth knowledge and closed transactions for a value in excess of 10 BN € in ship-building, ports, logistics, textiles, food, mechanical industry, telecommunications, real estate and renewable energies.

During his 40 years career, he has held a number of positions including Managing Director of Sin&rgetica S.r.l., which he founded and managed for 14 years at the start of his career.

Giorgio Reggio is a chartered accountant and joined to Order of Chartered Accountants, first in Varese and then in Milan, and has a degree in Economics and Business Administration from Università Cattolica in Milan.
